KQD70 Pneumatic DTH Drilling Rig | Engineering Construction | Small DTH Drilling Rig | Rock Drilling Rig
KQD hand hole digging tools small electric pneumatic rock drill/water well drilling machine
Portable Small Slope Protection DTH Drilling Rigs for Sale | Affordable and Efficient
1. Brief Introduction:
The KDQ series pneumatic DTH drilling rig is extensively used inroad construction, national defense, water conservancy, large stone projects, and slope protection projects, especially for small blasthole drilling. This rig is exceptionally useful in rugged and uneven terrains where other DTH drilling rigs cannot operate efficiently. Featuring a compact structure, user-friendly operation, rapid drilling speed, high efficiency, easy disassembly, and convenient portability.
2. Features:
(1) Compatible with various types of down-the-hole impacts, ensuring high rock drilling efficiency.
(2) Powered by compressed air, offering singular, safe, and reliable energy.
(3) Simple structure with easy operation, minimal auxiliary time, and lightweight design.
- Working Principle
The rig harnesses compressed air as its power source to transform this energy into mechanical force to break rock. It comes equipped with a hammer and a bit.
During operation, the piston's continuous impact on the hammer's tail, along withthe bit's alloy teeth, consistently smashes the rocks. The rotating torque generated by the speed reducer rotates the drilling tool, which is propelled by the axial force from the cylinder, driving the drill bit into the rock. This results in efficiently drilled holes.
- 4. Structural Characteristics
- This down-the-hole drilling rig comprises a powerhead assembly (including a speed reducer and a pneumatic motor), a propulsion cylinder assembly, a control console with an oil lubricator and pressure gauge, a hammer, and a bit.
5. Operating Procedures
(1) Transportation Preparation Work
(1) Upon arrival at the construction site, inspect all components for defects, assemble, and refuel as necessary.
(2) Position the two front legs of the carriage at the working site and adjust the support rod to set the carriage angle.
(3) Carefully clean the hose before connecting it to the motor, blowing out any debris with compressed air.
(4) Ensure all bolts and pipeline connections are secure, with no air or oil leaks.
(5) Fill the oil mister with an appropriate amount of 30# oil.
(6) Place all pneumatic control valve handles in the 'stop' position. After completing these preparations, you may perform a no-load test.
