1. Brief Introduction:

- Working Principle
The rig harnesses compressed air as the power, converting it into mechanical force to break the rock. Equipped with a hammer and a bit, the rig operates by having the hammer's piston continually impact the tail, breaking down the rock with alloy teeth on the bit.
During operation, the piston of the hammer continuously impacts the tail. The alloy teeth on the bit continuously impact the rock, and the rotating torque generated by the reducer propels the drilling tool to rotate and push the axial force generated by the cylinder, drilling holes effectively.
- 4. Structural Characteristics
- This down-the-hole drilling rig consists of a powerhead assembly (including a speed reducer and a pneumatic motor), a propulsion cylinder assembly, a control console with an oil lubricator and pressure gauge, a hammer, and a bit.
5. Operating Procedures
(1) Transportation Preparation Work
(1) Upon transporting the drilling rig to the construction site, inspect all components for defects, then assemble and refuel.
Check each part for defects, assemble the components, and add fuel where necessary.
(2) First, position the two front legs of the carriage at the working location and adjust the
support rod to determine the angle of the carriage.
(3) Before connecting the motor and the hose, thoroughly clean the hose.
Open the pipeline valve for a few seconds to blow off any foreign matter in the hose using compressed air.
(4) Ensure all bolts are tightly connected, pipelines are firmly secured, and there are no leaks.Inspect that all bolts are tight and pipelines are secure with no leaks or oil drips.
(5) Add an appropriate amount of 30# oil to the oil mister.
(6) Place the handles of the pneumatic control valve in the 'stop' position.Once preparations are complete, a no-load test can be conducted.
