BW150 / BW250 / BW300 mud pump are mainly used for irrigation agricultural machinery.the main characteristic is the high pressure,lift much,less engergy consumption,easy operation,high quality and duarable,easy to move,especially for mountain terraces of irrigation.
1.It can convey high-concentration and high-viscosity suspension slurries with a viscosity of less than 10,000 pas and those containing particles.
2. The liquid flow during transportation is stable, without overcurrent, pulsation, or stirring and shearing of the slurry.
3. The discharge pressure is independent of the rotational speed and can maintain a high discharge pressure even at low flow rates.
4. Flow rate is directly proportional to rotational speed. Flow rate regulation can be achieved through a variable speed mechanism or a speed-regulating motor.
5. It has a strong self-priming ability and can directly draw liquid without installing a bottom valve.
6. The pump is reversible, and the liquid flow direction can be changed by the rotation direction of the pump. It is suitable for occasions where the pipeline needs to be flushed in both forward and reverse directions.
