Product Description
Bending machine, also known as cold bending machine, is mainly used for bending of I-beam, channel steel, angle steel, U-shaped steel, etc. in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground caverns, etc.It consists of six parts: base, mechanical transmission, cold bending system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and auxiliary system.
This cold bending operation ensures the strength of the material, improves the quality of the supporting steel arch, greatly improves the work efficiency, and the operation is simple and clear. The cold bending machine has good working performance compared with the press.
Structure and composition:
The I-beam cold bending machine consists of 3 sets of main motors and reducer groups, and active rollers. Passive roller and oil pump motor, gear pump, relief valve, solenoid steering valve hydraulic work station and other components.
work process
First, the cold-formed profiled steel is pushed between the two active rollers by the auxiliary system's door bracket, and the hydraulic system is started to push the hydraulic cylinder to push the dovetail groove and the cold-bending roller cold-pressed steel to meet the design requirements.
Then , the arc is closed, the hydraulic system is turned off, the mechanical transmission system is activated, the active roller is rotated, and the friction steel is driven to move smoothly and slowly, thereby achieving continuous cold bending operation.
At the end of the cold bend, the mechanical drive system is closed and the hydraulic system is activated to retract the hydraulic cylinder. Place the cold-formed steel on the door bracket of the auxiliary system.
