KQD70 Pneumatic DTH Drilling Rig: Precision Engineering for Small-Scale Rock Drilling and Construction
KQD70 Drilling Depth 15m Mining Machinery KQD70 Hammer Drill Pneumatic Rock Drill Rigs
Portable Small Slope Protection DTH Drilling Rigs: Economical Solutions for Sale
1. Brief Introduction:
The KDQ series pneumatic DTH drilling rig is extensively utilized inroad construction, national defense, water conservancy, large stone projects, and slope protection projects, providing efficient small blasthole drilling.Ideal for rugged and uneven terrains where other DTH drilling rigs falter. Compact and user-friendly, it offers rapid drilling, high efficiency, and is easy to disassemble and transport.
2. Features:
(1) Designed for high rock drilling efficiency with a down-the-hole impact system.
(2) Powered by compressed air, ensuring single, safe, and reliable energy source.
(3) Simple structure for effortless use, minimal auxiliary time, and lightweight design.
- Working Principle
This rig operates by utilizing compressed air to transform air pressure into mechanical force, effectively breaking rock.
It is equipped with a hammer and a bit. During operation, the hammer's pistoncontinuously impacts the bit's tail. The alloy teeth on the bit persistently strike the rock, while the rotating torque from the reducer propels the drilling tool. The cylinder generates axial force, enabling effective drilling of holes.
- 4. Structural Characteristics
- The down-the-hole drilling rig comprises a powerhead assembly (inclusive of a speed reducer and pneumatic motor), propulsion cylinder assembly, control console with oil lubricator and pressure gauge, hammer, and bit.
5. Operating Procedures
(1) Transportation Preparation Work
(1) Upon transportation to the construction site, inspect components and parts for defects before assembling and refueling.
(2) Position the two front legs of the carriage at the working site, adjusting the support rod to set the carriage angle.
(3) Clean the hose thoroughly before connecting it to the motor. Open the pipeline valve for a few seconds to expel any foreign matter with compressed air.
(4) Ensure bolts are tightly connected, pipelines are firmly secured, and there are no leaks.(5) Add an appropriate amount of 30# oil into the oil mister.
(6) Set all handles of the pneumatic control valve to the "stop" position. After completing preparations, proceed with a no-load test.
