How to use tangent circle
1. Use a shearing machine to cut the aluminum plate into squares, such as cutting a circular plate of Φ1000mm,
The aluminum plate should be cut into a square blank of 1000mm × 1000mm.
2. Shake the handwheel of the mechanism forward and backward to align the pointer with 500mm on the ruler (500mm is the cutting radius).
3. Move the positioning ruler so that the foremost edge of the positioning ruler is aligned with 500mm, then tighten the screw, and lift up the bent end to lock it.
4. Turn the hand wheel of the feeding mechanism so that the depth between the two knives reaches 1 ~ 2mm. Place the aluminum plate blank on the pressure plate, and place one side close to the knife edge to form a straight line. The handwheel of the upper platen is rotated to the left to compress the aluminum plate. Then loosen the screw at the upper end of the positioning ruler, pull down the bent end, and press the switch. At this time, the cutter cuts the blank circularly until the blank is processed into a perfect circle. Release the pressure plate and remove the circular plate. The size of the following one is the same. You only need to lift the positioning ruler, and after positioning, the positioning ruler can continue cutting.
How to use Triangle Holder
1. Move the forward-backward moving mechanism to the middle position, remove the four screws from the front and back of the moving mechanism, move the moving mechanism to the front to the end of the guide rail, then remove the turning handwheel, and then turn the entire moving mechanism Put it back until it is parallel to the rack, and then install and fix the two screws behind the moving mechanism.
2. Install the special triangle bezel for the blank holder. Remove the lower die, align the middle hole of the special baffle with the lower shaft, then replace the lower die and tighten the screws.
3. Hold the roller frame close to the shaft edge, cut the triangle plate, and place it on the shelf. Keep the side of it close to the baffle of the mold mechanism, and turn the handwheel of the mold mechanism to press the upper mold downward. For the aluminum plate, push the aluminum plate towards the special baffle with a little force in one hand, and start the speed control switch. When pressing the straight edge, you can use high speed, and when it is about to enter the corner, adjust the speed to the slowest. When entering the corner, manually rotate the plate with the die mechanism as the center, and so on. The aluminum plate rotates once, and the hand wheel is about one-half of the turn until it is formed. Press the close button, turn the knife handwheel, raise the upper die, and remove the aluminum plate. Remove the special baffle when the triangle card is not bent. When cutting the circle, the moving mechanism should be replaced as before.
