KQD70 Pneumatic DTH Drilling Rig - The Ultimate Solution for Small yet Powerful Rock Drilling in Engineering Construction
Portable Pneumatic DTH Drilling Rig for Efficient Geotechnical and Exploration Drilling
Portable, Affordable Small Slope Protection DTH Drilling Rigs - Your Best Choice for Cost-Effective Drilling Solutions
1. Brief Introduction:
KDQ series pneumatic DTH drilling rigs are extensively utilized inroad construction, national defence, water conservancy, large stone projects, and slope protection endeavors, especially for small blasthole drilling. These rigs excel in rugged and uneven terrains where other DTH drilling rigs falter. With a compact design, user-friendly operation, rapid drilling capabilities, high efficiency, easy disassembly, and unmatched portability, they're indispensable for challenging projects.
2. Features:
(1) Designed for high-efficiency rock drilling with down-the-hole impact technology.
(2) Powered by compressed air, offering a single, safe, and reliable power source.
(3) Features a simple structure that is easy to use, requires minimal auxiliary time, and is lightweight.
- Working Principle
This rig employs compressed air to transform pneumatic power into mechanical force for rock breaking. Equipped with a hammer and bit, the piston within the hammer
repeatedly impacts the tail. The alloy teeth on the bit continuously strike the rock, while the rotating torque generated by the reducer allows the drilling tool to rotate and propel, driven by the axial force from the cylinder, thereby drilling holes efficiently.
- 4. Structural Characteristics
- This down-the-hole drilling rig is composed of a powerhead assembly (including a speed reducer and a pneumatic motor), a propulsion cylinder assembly, a control console with an oil lubricator and pressure gauge, a hammer, and a bit.
5. Operating Procedures
(1) Transportation Preparation Work
(1) Upon arrival at the construction site, inspect the components for defects, then assemble and refuel.
(2) Position the two front legs of the carriage at the desired working location and adjust the support rod to set the carriage's angle.
(3) Prior to connecting the motor and hose, thoroughly clean the hose.
Open the pipeline valve for a few seconds to blow off any foreign matter using compressed air.
(4) Ensure that bolts are tightly connected, pipelines are secured, and there are no leaks or oil spillages.
(5) Add an appropriate amount of 30# oil to the oil mister.(6) Place all pneumatic control valve handles in the 'stop' position.
Upon completing preparations, proceed with a no-load test.
