Double screw press, this machine is used for solid liquid separation of macroscopic world materials containing certain fiber or viscosity. Such as fermented grape peel residue, batch fruit, aloe vera, cassava residue, bayberry, sawdust, tea, ginger, spinach, rubber, Chinese herbs, winter dates and other fruits and vegetables containing a certain fiber juice, but also for the continuous juicing of sea buckthorn fruit or containing a small number of twigs, its sieve hole is specially made according to the size of sea buckthorn. At present, it is widely used in the early dewatering treatment of kitchen and tail vegetable environmental protection projects.
The working process of the double screw press is: the conveying screw pushes the material into the material box to the press screw, through the screw pitch decreases and the shaft diameter increases, and under the action of the screen wall and the cone body resistance, the liquid (juice) contained in the material is squeezed out. The extruded liquid flows out of the sieve hole and is concentrated in the juice hopper. After pressing, the slag is discharged from the machine between the end of the sieve cylinder and the conical body, and the rear of the conical body is equipped with a spring. By adjusting the pre-tightening force and position of the spring, the drainage resistance and the size of the slag outlet can be changed to adjust the dry and wet degree of the pressing. 5, 10, 20 tons/hour press is a double helix rotation, the rotation direction is opposite, and the pressing force on the material is large and uniform. The cone body of the slag outlet is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure can be adjusted to change the pressure effect on the material, adjust the juice rate, the machine can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other materials, the effect is different due to the different quality of the material. The feed box, screen cylinder and screw of this machine are made of high quality acid and alkali resistant 304 stainless steel material.
