Product Description
The steel cage winding machine is mainly composed of the trolley part (including the steel receiving disc, the line straightener, and the track), the power cabinet (numerical control memory operation parameters), and the transmission structure (motor, rolling cage support). It is suitable for bending processing of main skeleton steel bars in large-scale engineering concrete structures such as high-rise buildings, highways, high-speed railways, and large bridges.
Working Principle
The disc is used to store the winding ribs. The winding ribs are connected to the skeleton through a pay-off device. The skeleton rotates and the trolley moves straight. The winding ribs pull the disc to rotate on its own. For speed control setting, mark 10 times the required spacing between the rebars under the wheel, count the steel cage to rotate 10 times, measure the walking distance of the trolley, and adjust the frequency conversion speed to close to this value. And remember the variable frequency setting value for backup. You can also directly measure and adjust the required spacing value on the steel cage. After the host speed is confirmed to be unchanged, divide and calculate according to the initial parameters of the frequency converter 0-50, and the required value can be quickly adjusted.
